RULES & REGULATIONS FOR ALL RESERVATIONS

Minimum (5) five nights stay on low season and (7) seven nights stay on high season and holiday season otherwise a minimum stay fee will apply:

  • $50.00 / 2- BED CONDOS
  • $55.00 / 3 -BED PROPERTIES
  • $70.00 / 4 -BED PROPERTIES
  • $75.00 / 5 -BED PROPERTIES
  • $80.00 / 6-BED PROPERTIES
  • $90.00 / 7 BED-PROPERTIES

Reservations and Cancellation Policies: Reservation and cancellation requests should be send in writing via fax, hand deliver or e-mail: reservations@alamohomesgroup..com, with complete names, dates, guests per house and type of accommodations.

  • Cancellations made (7) seven days prior to arrival in low season will have a penalty of (1) one night.

  • Cancellations made (14) fourteen days prior to arrival in high season will have a penalty of (1) one night.

  • Cancellations made (14) fourteen days prior to arrival in holiday season will have a penalty of 50% from amount of reservation and cancellations made (7) seven days prior to arrival 100% full payment. This applies only in Holiday season.

  • No shows will be billed for the Full length of stay.


Payments: All the units should be pre-paid 14 days prior to check-in on the property. Payments can be made by: US dollar check, traveler check, cash, credit card, or a bank deposit.

Guest record and Security Deposit: US $300 in cash, traveler check, or credit card, this deposit is for security in case of damages, loss of something, etc, in the properties. Alamo Vacation Homes will do this if there is proof of damages, you will receive the information on details of the damages 5 days after you leave the property.

Check  in and Check out: Check in is at 4:00 p.m and check out is at 10:00 am, if it's a different hour, you will be notified.

Kids and teenagers: kids are between 3 and 9 years old, and teenagers are between 10 and 17 years old. Reservations in homes and condos are valid only if the kids and teenagers have the company of an adult in the same property.

Phone: All the houses/condos have a phone and local calls are free.

Reparations: If the air conditioner, instruments or any electric equipment don't work,  it can be repaired the same day. If the call for reparation of damages is receive after 4:00p.m.the reparation will be next day. In case of problems with the house/condo and the guest can't be in the unit, Alamo Vacation Homes will give them accommodation in a similar unit.

Loss of keys: The loss of keys should be reported to the office in Orlando there will be a charge of $60.00 for the new key and if you forget your key inside the house and you need help to get in, the charge is $60.00

Comments: Any complaints about the service that was offered can be immediately reported authorized employees or you have 30 natural days to do the reclaim. If it's made after the 30 days it becomes void.

Responsibilities: Alamo Vacation Homes - Orlando and its offices give accommodation service to our clients in houses, condos and town houses Their agents don't accept responsibility for damage, loses, deaths, accidents, etc , if caused by staff members ,restaurants, drivers or everyone included in a tour or a vacations package that clients enjoy.

- It's not allowed to smoke on the properties area. NO SMOKING PLEASE
